IHG Hotels & Resorts and Grupo Poma’s Real Hotels & Resorts have opened two sister properties in Lima’s Miraflores district: InterContinental Real Lima Miraflores and Hotel Indigo Lima Miraflores.
Positioned above the Pacific on Costa Verde cliffs, the hotels combine luxury, local culture, and unique social experiences.
InterContinental Real offers 321 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, and versatile event spaces, while Hotel Indigo features 76 rooms, design-inspired interiors, and a rooftop lounge. Both hotels aim to be cultural and social hubs for visitors and locals.

The Salvadoran Grupo Real & Resorts operates 24 hotels, 10 in partnership with IHG. Guests can enjoy five dining concepts, wellness at Presence Spa, and memorable cultural experiences, making these properties a new highlight in Lima’s vibrant Miraflores district.
